I have always had a passion for coaching. I have coached teams to multiple championships but most of all making the connections with the athletes, players, and students, is what it is all about.
I feel that every human should be able to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. So I eat well and workout daily for at least an hour. I also coach after school and
train athletes of various ages daily. I would like all the students in my classes to walk away with the knowledge to be able to maintain a healthy body and lifestyle.
Find something you like to do
WE will be participating in many sports so that everyone can find something they like to do and to continue in the future to maintain an active lifestyle. We will also be trying to progress our athletic skills, push-ups, pull-ups, mile time, 50yd dash, sit-ups, and flexibility. Every day we will work on making these skills better through various training techniques.
